20th århundrede masterpiece "Marie of Gerl (I)" was created by the art nouveau master Ferdinand Matthias Zerlacher in 1910. Det 110 år gammelt mesterværk blev lavet med størrelsen: 49 x 35 cm - rammemål: 63 x 58 x 4 cm and was manufactured with the techinque of oil on canvas on cardboard. The masterpiece has the following inscription: signed and dated top right: Zerlacher / 1910. I dag kan dette kunstværk ses i kunstsamlingen af Belvedere, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. We are delighted to mention that the offentlige domæne artwork is being provided with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 3885. Besides, the artpiece has the creditline: purchase from Rudolf Lechner, Vienna in 1942. Ud over dette er justeringen portræt med et forhold på 1 : 1.2, hvilket betyder at længden er 20 % kortere end bredden. Ferdinand Matthias Zerlacher was a painter from Germany, whose artistic style can be attributed mainly to Art Nouveau. The European artist was born in 1877 in Graz and passed away at the age of 46 in the year 1923 in Salzburg.
