The more than 180 year old artpiece was created by the Austrian painter Johann Peter Krafft. The original had the exact dimensions 18 x 21,3 cm - frame dimensions: 37 × 42 × 5 cm. Olie på lærred was used by the European painter as the technique for the piece of art. This artpiece belongs to the collection of Belvedere. The painter Johann Peter Krafft was an artist from Austria, whose style can be attributed primarily to Realism. The artist lived for a total of 76 years and was born in the year 1780 in Hanau, Hessen state, Germany and deceased in the year 1856.

The major upside of an acrylic glass fine art copy is that sharp contrasts as well as color details become recognizeable due to the very fine tonal gradation in the picture.
