In 1914 Jean Béraud created the masterpiece called German flag raised at the Invalides. The 100 year-old artwork measures the size: Height: 51 cm, Width: 59,4 cm, Thickness: 5 cm and was painted with the techinque Olie, pap. Today, this work of art is in the the Musée Carnavalet Paris's art collection located in Paris, France.
